Extremely Poor Service!!!!!!!

For the past 5 months I’ve been experiencing very slow internet connectivity from Rain,I’ve made numerous attempts via their support dept to resolve this issue but can safely say that I’ve never dealt with such incompetence.They are quick to sent you reminders for monthly payments but when it comes to fixing their **** internet connection,they can’t assist & only promise to call you back,but we all know that never happens😡😡😡I wanna cancel this **** subscription!!!
