EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

Their service is EXTREMELY POOR!!!. I ordered their RAIN 5G router paid for it and received it on the 26th May 2020, They just delivered the router with a sim card that is not activated. I am still sitting with the router that does not work. I have been trying to call them since from the 26th of May till today their lines are not going through. I sent emails but still didn't getting any help. I have not used this router and month end i will be expected to make another payment for a router that is not working. I regret buying a Rain router!!!
