Extremely poor service

Worst service received on the 6th of zMarch ‘2026 changed my payment due date to the 1st from the 15th account was up to date after the change boom account is suspended called n was told to at least R50 then it will be reactivated valance be paid month end from 12 midday up until 7pm I’ve called 12 times no meaningful help😔😔
