extremely poor service
I have been waiting since the 19th of February for someone to contact me regarding my netwerk till today no one has called me! way must I waste my airtime to call Rain support if an email was sent this is the most pathetic internet company I have ever come across service is none existent you speak to an AI and when you actually get hold of someone all they say is we will escalate it someone will contact you and it never happens.

25 Feb 2025, 20:09This is now the 3nd review im leaving from the 19th of Feb I reported my network is slow still now one has called me or resoved my issues now I must use my own data where I'm paying every month for wifi and for something I'm not getying I want a refund on the days that I was paying for internet that I was not getting and I want my issue resolved like yesterday your apologies isn't good enough and your team has been working on the same tower for days cant they do there jobs or what? why has no one called me reported again last night still nothing I want results not excuses!!
