Extremely poor service

Due to their unsatisfactory service, I had to cancel my Rain account two months ago. They kept overcharging me, and even though I tried to contact them, no one could assist me; eventually, their agent would not return my calls, so I ended up canceling my subscription. They even collected my router, but they continued to debit me. Rain is really a con. I do not advise anyone to make advantage of this service.
