Extremely Poor Service

I would like to put it out to you how displeased I am with your service. My In-laws decided to get Wifi and they weren't even connected for a month when their router stopped working from the 08th of September.

My father in-law is a pensioner and he keeps calling and being informed that "help is on it's way". We in a new month and I hope you don't expect them to pay for a service that was never rendered to them.
