Extremely poor service

You guys have extremely poor service at some point one doesn't even know if you exist. I have been trying to contact you guys but you are nowhere to be found but you are very good at debiting from my account. What's strange is that you use my card number to make payment without my approval I feel this is ***** and not acceptable because I should have authorized first before you make payments with my card number I can't make any reversal as it looks like a purchase from my statement and your internet is very bad.
