Extremely Poor Network Performance and Unresolved Support Ticket for Over a Month

I have been experiencing extremely poor service from Rain for over a month now.

Despite logging a support ticket #***3 and following up, the issue remains unresolved. The signal strength on my device appears to be good, which suggests that the problem is not with my equipment. From my troubleshooting, the issue seems to be related to the tower servicing my area in Friendship Town, Commercia.

The connection is highly unstable and frequently becomes unusable, especially when I need it most for remote work. As someone who works from home, a reliable internet connection is essential, and Rain has failed to provide that for over a month.

What is most disappointing is the lack of effective support. Raising a ticket has resulted in no meaningful progress, no clear communication, and no resolution. Customers should not have to wait this long for a network issue to be investigated and fixed.

I chose Rain because of the promise of reliable connectivity, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Unless this issue is addressed urgently, I cannot recommend Rain to anyone who depends on a stable internet connection for work or daily use.
