Extremely poor consultants

The consultant sold a product to me that I was purchasing on behalf of a family member, only to be told when they were trying to do the delivery, that they do not deal with third parties - and the sim card needed to come to me, or else I needed to cancel and use my family members details for the sale. I had initially specifically mentioned it was for a family member and even gave the family member's contact details to call upon delivery. This has been a disaster since, with only one glimmer of hope being a well trained manager who said all the right things, only for the incompetence of her consultants to once again come to the fore as they closed the ticket without resolving my issue the way it was agreed!

The consultants rain use are likely straight out of school or perhaps recruited from a bar.

Very disappointed with the service received to date. Unlikely to use them for myself when fiber eventually gets to my area.
