Extremely Poor and disorganized Customer service division

I signed up for a Rain 5G router after hearing all the hype and ads for their seamless, fast and convenient internet. My experience has been anything BUT that. I ordered the service on 27th of September 2021. I received the router on the 30th September. Since then I have sat with a useless Router and no internet! I have contacted Rain Support 3 times telephonically, numerous times via email and still not had any solution! None of the the departments seem to talk to each other as the support lady says its a billing problem etc etc. They then also tried to send me another router which I declined. Meanwhile, Rain's systems so I have not received a router yet. Terrible Service guys, especially for a technology company that is supposed to be on the cutting edge of communications!
