Extremely poor after sales service. Minus 5 stars!

A minus rating would be better, but seems like one star is the lowest option. I ordered and received a mini 4G router from Rain last week, received it on Friday and on Monday morning reported it faulty. (ticket #353415). I was told that they would arrange their logistics company (RAM) to collect the faulty device "for testing". Daily telephonic, e-mail and online chat follow-up, yet no sign of any arrangement from their side. Extremely poor after sales service from a company that is trying to get their foot in the door in the ISP industry!
