Extremely irritated
If they had a minus star I would give it... I've paid 2 weeks ago my R699 and to this day I haven't received my 5G router. I couldn't apply with my ID as the system did not accept my id... So, I registered my my passport. I called rain to rectify this as the courier company did not want to Rica with my green barcoded ID as instructed on a SMS and now I have hell to get this resolved and get my router. *********** ****ing people!!!
