Extremely frustrated with Rain's poor network performance.

I have had a horrific experience with Rain Mobile SIMs, I cannot receive incoming calls, and when the do come through I get one-way speech. I also can't make outgoing calls 90% of the time. I have called and raised multiple escalations with nobody getting back to me. I am very frustrated with this extremely poor service.
