Extremely Frustrated , No Support, Unresolved Issues

I am writing to express my concern regarding the ongoing issues I’ve been experiencing with my current router. The connection has become increasingly unstable and unreliable, which has been quite frustrating, especially considering how much I rely on consistent internet access for daily use.

No response or resolution despite lodging multiple support tickets; the chat logs out or stays stuck in a queue without a human ever helping.

It’s beyond disappointing. I’m paying for a service that I don’t receive, and there’s zero accountability or recourse.
