It has been extremely bad service received i reported in May 2025 that i was ****** at mall losty simcards i called and a lady assisted she advised someone will call waited and decided in June to cancel and they vanished all they worry about is payments consistently sending payment reminder while they don’t attend to customer care wow Thai service never expected .The Whatsapl channel is system generated where Laila from billing only care about money no customer care please stop sending me payment reminders I don’t owe you anything arrears that accumulating i pay nothing
