Extremely dissatisfied

I have been trying to cancel my 5G, but am not able to..... it keeps giving me an error message. I also cant log a ticket as i keep getting the same error message. It seems that RAIN is prohibiting me from cancelling my contract and also disabling my ability to get support. But what is funny is that all the services related to getting new customers are all working. There is also no contact details for me to call and log a service complaint. I have tried cancelling it several times since March 2021 without success. Also the network quality has declined since initial sign on.
