EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

My experience with rain has been absolutely tremendous in the worst possible way. I have been without internet connection for two full weeks, and despite countless follow-up calls, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I have called numerous times trying to get assistance, only for my calls to be ignored or handled with no urgency at all. There has been no proper feedback, no solution, and no accountability. For a company that claims to provide reliable service, this level of incompetence and neglect is shocking. The customer service is very poor and deeply disappointing. Being left without internet for this long, especially after repeatedly reaching out for help, is unacceptable. I regret choosing rain and would not recommend this service to anyone who values reliability or basic customer support.
