Extremely Disheartening
I logged a ticket 6 days ago with your support team and thus far; nothing has been done about my problem with your service provider. No call or email with a remedy to my issue. Just a fat lie telling me you would communicate within 24 hours. Your speeds are ridiculously slow. It shouldn't take this long to explain why or to remedy my problem. Fix your desktop site and speeds. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!
