Extremely disappointing service – LoopPhone issue ignored

I am extremely disappointed with rain's handling of a technical problem with my LoopPhone.

I have been experiencing an issue where the mobile data does not switch off when I toggle Mobile Data off on the phone. This is a basic functionality issue that needs to be investigated and resolved.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is rain's customer service. I have called rain every day for the past week regarding this issue. Each time, I have been told that my complaint would be escalated and that someone would assist me.

A week later, I am still waiting for assistance.

There has been no proper technical support, no meaningful feedback, and no resolution. I should not have to call every single day just to get someone to take ownership of a problem.

The LoopPhone is a rain device, and I expect rain to provide proper technical support when there is a problem with its functionality.

rain needs to stop simply escalating complaints and start resolving them.

I am asking rain to properly investigate this issue, provide a clear explanation of why Mobile Data remains active after being switched off, and provide a practical solution or replacement if the device is faulty.

Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience. I hope making this complaint publicly will finally result in someone taking ownership of the matter.
