Extremely disappointed with rain!

Extremely disappointed with Rain! I placed my first *** order on 30 September and waited until 12 October without receiving it. I cancelled it on 12 October and placed another order, but I'm still waiting for delivery. Rain has already charged me almost half the amount, and my next bill is due in 9 days for something I haven't even received. I've called countless times, but nobody returns my calls or resolves the issue. Poor customer service and communication. We love Rain for nothing!
