Extremely Disappointed – No Accountability or Urgency

despite multiple attempts to reach out, it has now been three days with absolutely no meaningful feedback.

Instead of resolving the issue, they keep sending me new reference numbers with no explanation or progress. Every time I follow up, I’m met with generic responses and no real action. It feels like I’m being passed around without anyone taking ownership of the problem.

This kind of service is unacceptable—especially when it involves money. I expected better communication, faster resolution, and at the very least, a clear acknowledgment of the error. Rain needs to take responsibility and treat customer concerns with the seriousness they deserve.
