Extremely disappointed in their after care service, I've never been able to connect to the internet ever since I signed up. I have since requested to cancel this deal as I've lost so much money on data already, but all they interested in is trying to get a payment from me. All I want is Rain to cancel this deal and stop trying to deduct money from my account because I get charged every time they try to deduct money...today they tried for 6th time
