Extremely bad service.

Very disappointed in your service. Almost 3 weeks and your router has only worked once in my area. Have case number after case number however no luck. No one seems to have an answer to my problem. From call centre agents to supervisors they all brush off the issue,the go to statement is they are escalating the issue. Then was told tower is down and a tech will fix it. It's been 3 weeks. Extremely bad service. One agent last week told me the tech can only come to my place of residence however upon explaining I will be at work,seemed not to be able to give a solution to my problem. I paid full premium and have gotten no value for money. Ref number ***.
