EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I’ve been trying to unlock the Rain sim for the past week. I entered PIN the PUK number given by RAIN but the sim won’t unlock. I started with 10 tries now I’m on 5 more tries left then the sim will block. I’ve called RAIN numerous times, left numerous requests but no one is calling me. Meanwhile my son has no active sim , can’t use his phone. He can’t port back to Vodacom because we have to wait for 30 days before we can port back. I’M FURIOUS!!!!!!
