Extremely bad service

why am I paying so much for our internet yet we are always having problems. We pay for 60 up and 60 down but just checked and my download is under 1mb and under 4mb for upload. We always call and get told that the problem is being escalated but never receive feedback. This is rediculous. Ever since we upgraded our router our signal has been bad.

I need this sorted ASAP!! Not happy at all. Quick to take our money and complain if payment is late. Even with payment we sit with ****ty signal 90% of the time. Your customer service is terrible. All about the money and not about giving the service we pay for. Looking for another internet provider as this has been the problem for the last year. Frustrated 😠 #rain
