EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I cancelled my subscription on the 28th May. They keep on debiting my account. I have spoken to numerous people at the call centre. I want my money back immediately. Stop telling me it will be sent to the freaking billing dept!!! I want written confirmation that the subscription was cancelled on the 28th May as requested and that the payment was stopped and cancelled. I want a refund for the amount of R258.87 debited on the 1st July. Please don't tell me it will be dealt with by your billing dept. I want an answer and refund today!!!
