Extremely bad service

Ive been calling rain since from nov 2023 regarding my router that is not connecting wifi to my laptops i cant work. My work is behind in fact i want to cancel this Wi-Fi cause im not getting any service at same time called several times being told that help its on its way a technician will call me till today i wouldn't recommend rain to other people it doesnt have customer service. Rain u can cancel my service since im not getting any help
