Extremely bad service.

Rain is such a bad internet service provider You never get hold of customer support phone rings for more that 30 minutes Their sales agents are nonsense all they do is to get a sale and lie to us over the phone, I was given false information, my money has been deducted twice in 1 month, first they said it's their mistake and that their account department had an error and I will be refund my money till today there's nothing, a guy named Thato sucks to the core, I will not recommend anyone to use this service... I can't believe you guys false advertise so much.
