Extremely bad service. 5 days no connection

It’s 5 days with no internet connection. There is no form of communication I haven’t used to get help and still nothing. Mid January same problem happened for 4 days from the 13th till the 18th. This time problem started on the 27th and it’s the 31st still nothing. I work from home and this has been extremely frustrating. I call them 2-3 times a day and all I get is references numbers and that it’s been escalated. Sometimes they even drop the phone on me. I’m beyond ****ed!!
