EXTREMELY BAD NETWORK

I have a Network problem, my Network goes off more than once in a day, last night it went off more than 6 times from 6pm to 8pm and I'm not enjoying watching TV coz it goes off at any minute. been calling them but with no help this morning tried calling3 times but the phone just rings with no answer, its painful to know that you paying for a good network that will last the whole month but still you experience network problems.
