Extremely bad network

Rain's network is extremely bad. The support agents told me my closest tower was less than 1km but I have been struggling to connect. I called the support department twice this month and they only help they can provide is setting. Even worse, I hardly understood what they were saying. Seems Rain is outsourcing technicians out of SA which makes it hard to understand when they speak due to language barrier. Even worse, they aren't even helping with anything. If hello Peter had negative stars, I'd give it to rain. Cheap labour + bad service = unhappy clients. If this issue doesn't get sorted out. This will be my last month and I'll advice my neighbours and family who've been also complaining about the same issues to go other other networks who have the same packages.
