Extremely bad customer service.

We were told that we could lower our monthly premium to R625. We phoned Rain and they dropped the phone in my ear. We now have issues with them we pay our account on the 15th and now suddenly we don’t have an account with them anymore. We got told that we HAD to pay R800 even though we paid R625 last month.

Not satisfied with the customer service I received, your employees was very very rude.
