Extremely bad Billing Department they dont know what they are doing!

Here we go again Rain disconnected both my home and my work again !!! We only had WIFI for 2 weeks this month poor billing department!!! I am so over rain really.... Every Month its a battle to stay connected

On my RainGo App only my home WIFI is listed not both end of July I am leaving you guys really this is totally unacceptable - please can everyone rather use a different Service Provider!!! They never return my call ever - I can't anymore
