Extremely atrocious service

Download and upload speed poor. Online chat support not great. I posted a comment on their Facebook page today and was contacted via Messenger. I told the agent that my son will be in contact when he gets home from work. He sent a message at 16:04 and nobody rep**** - not the first time that this has happened. Extremely atrocious service.
