Extreme Poor service from rain.

From the 02 September untill the 23rd September 2024 I had no internet connection with rain.I upgrade my internet to 5G coverage with them.They send me the the 5Grouter and it was a struggle from their side to set up the new router.The new 5G package include 2 sim cards which one can use in your phones.At first they send only one sim card. After numerous attempts they send 2 new sim cards again.It was a struggle again to get assistance from them to se up the 5G router.In the meantime I had no internet during this time from the 02 September untill the 23rd September 2024.They promised to give me credit for the month of October 2024, which never happened. So up to date nothing happened with the fact to credit me for not having internet connection for almost the whole month of September 2024.They don't even have a contract number to phone them with any queries.
