Extremally bad customer service

So Yesterday we got the rain 5G delivered in the morning and to my surprise it was not working. I then call rain to make them aware of this issue and they just told me to reset the router with i did and still the was no data traffic. I then long in to the routers Ip only to find that it not reading the sim I then called back to let rai know .They then ask me to take a picture of the bar code of the sim and they never got back to me, i have mad more than 10 call you them and still nothing is being done i even reach out on there face book page and email but nothing
