extreamly bad service

Me and my colegeu has bought the rain unlimeted data pakage the money was taken from our accounts ,and the simcards deliverd to us ,on teusday ,but we dont have service ,and evry time we call them they have a diffrent story ,and they dont even call us or explain what the problem is ,we paid for a service wich we dont even hav acces to and there is still no signal as we are in their 5 g sirvice range
