Extra money deducted from my account

I have a problem....December on the 24th 2022....rain company deducted R1000.05 from my account while they were only supposed to deduct only R529.00....I tried sending them an email....the only respond I got from them was "sorry for the inconvenience, the email will be sent to you once the refund has been made".....it's been weeks since I've been waiting and I can't take the waiting anymore....I just need them to refund me the remaining R470.00.....that's all I need ....please help me
