Exposed wires left by rain

Rain sent a guy to fix my internet connection last year. he provided an outside router which he left the wire hanging. he promised to comenex day to fix the wires he never did. we tried calling him back but he stopped taking calls.

Now rain is refusingto fix that issue the exposed wires are no longer working and they refuse to fix.

i spoke to a call centre agent named Hemanth who never gave me time to explain my issue and instead refused to give me access to the recording or to speak to his supervisor.
