Exploiting people during trying financial times

It is absolutely saddening that through these hard financial times Rain is very aggressive in their product/service marketing and making empty promises to the people of this country and exploiting our desperate need for affordable data services, ripping us off our hard earned limited incomes. I have purchased the 24/7 unlimited data sim card and since it was delivered on Monday, I have not been able to use it as it is not connecting to the internet.

My dashboard indicates that the sim is active, but no internet connection. It is not connecting to my router.

I have had to spend more on other ISPs just to be able to work.

I refuse to believe that Rain is the ***** company that people seem to believe. However their lack of assistance is slowly validating these accusations.

I will now await your automated response like the rest of the people before me.
