EXPLOITED BY RAIN SERVICES

No internet connection from Monday the 12th of July, I raised the ticket online on Tuesday an followed up with the call on Wednesday, I was sent an email on how to reset my WIFI which was not helpful. I am being told the tower close to me is down however, they are not linking me to the other tower nearby. They have not responded to any of my emails I have sent, I followed up again to day being 17th July 2021 the agent keeps promising me that they will return my call me? I pay for the network but not enjoying the promised services. WHY ARE BEING EXPLOITED
