**** experience ****!!!!

Horrible blady experience with Rain!!! Do not recommend after being with them for years and always making payment they advised me i was in arrears and paid double for January! I then decided in feb to cancel and move to fibre! When canceling lady advised me that i must pay another fee! So i said u already made me pay double for being apparently in arrears yet i had all proof of payments! Made!! I refuse to pay!

Never use this service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
