Expensive **** service

I am lost for words when it comes to Rain, I have been connected without internet since Saturday, what am I really paying for? They are worse now, they don't even respond with a reference number when you log a call online. Another issue with them, they debit your account with R1 every time you update your payment details, they never reverse that amount nor do they deduct it on your next payment.

I wish someone could just reach out and tell me about a reliable service that I can use, I am so done with Rain.
