I have been very frustrated with Rain customer support centre because they never respond to email queries. However, Yusha is exception and goes beyond his job description to make a customer satisfied. When I contacted Yusha for assistance with regards to my 5g, his service was beyond exceptionally. He was honest with me regarding my Rain 5g connection and network issues. He provided me with solid suggestions on the way forward and various options on my subscription.
