Exceptional service from Cody

I had major connection problems for a little ove 2 months now, I've called customer care 6 times and no one really helped me, wrote hello peter reviews and got the same untrue answers and then I called customer care again and this is when a guy named Cody picked up, I told him that I needed someone who actually cared and he over delivered.. he escalated my issue to his supervisor and they then changed it to urgent.. he then immediately sent me a mail to confirm what we discussed over the phone and 24 hours later my internet speed is better than it has ever been... Rain needs more people like Cody. Super impressed by this guy.
