Exceptional customer service

The review is not for the organization above . The review is for the exceptional customer support/service i have been receiving from Lesedi Salome. she has always made a point to call and email. responds timeously to my emails . i have had this sim connection for about a week . i must applaud their customer service. they are doing it right. Very few organizations get it right but Rain definitely is doing it right , its a pity that their connection/network is failing them. but i guess you win some and you lose.
