I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider assisted by Rae Lourenz with Reference Number: ***2. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from Rae Lourenz.

He was very patient, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me. He successfully resolved the issue I was having, and I am extremely happy with the support he provided. I would gladly rate him 10 out of 10 as a consultants.

In contrast to some previous consultants I have encountered, Rae stood out because of his professionalism and ability to communicate clearly. Earlier, I spoke to another lady consultant who was unable to assist me effectively. She focused more on the problems rather than offering solutions, and unfortunately, my issue remained unresolved.

Rae, however, took full ownership of the situation. Even when the call was disconnected, he called me back and continued assisting me until the matter was fully resolved. I truly appreciated that level of dedication.

He consistently communicated with me throughout the process. Whenever he needed to place me on hold, he informed me first. Even during quieter moments, he reassured me that he was still working on the issue. His thoughtfulness made me feel valued and respected as a customer.
