Excellent Service Terrible Accounts

Firstly i have to say that, network wise I am having no issues with RAIN and it is way better than any fixed line options that are available in my area...... That being said I would have to say that their accounting department is absolutely atrocious. For one you can only have your account debited on the 1st of every month and then they only bank said debit on the 4th resulting in some cases a penalty on your bank account of R150, and after requesting them to please change the debit date to the day you do get paid they just say that they have only 1 date that they debit your account and that is the 1st of every month. So I have a question what if the day your salary gets paid is the 15th or the 20th or the 25th and all your other payments gets done on said date only RAIN does not have the technology to allow you to pay on a different date. I have a lot of online subscriptions (Office 365, Spotify, Xbox Game pass, EA Play PRO, NETFLIX, YouTube Premium and all these I can adjust the date to a day of my choosing...…. RAIN as an ISP is definitely in the 21st Century and perhaps years ahead of their competition but their accounts department is still in the stone age it seems.
