I went online and requested that someone from Rain call me back. Pearl from Rain called me. I explained my needs to her and she took me through all the steps to sign up for 5G Home Unlimited Wireless internet package. She was incredibly helpful, supportive and friendly throughout the process. She also answered all my questions satisfactorily.
