Excellent Service from Khanya Ngqoyiyana

I would like to thank Khanya Ngqoyiyana for such wonderful service. I am using Rain, and I called in to find out if I could delay a payment for my monthly subscription due to a financial pinch I find myself in this month. I didn't want to cancel because I enjoy using Rain in general.

Upon speaking to Khanya, I was so happy to receive very professional service. He asked the right questions, listened to understand, and offered solutions wherever he could while sticking to company rules. He even asked me to hold while he asked for advice from his line managers, and I was happy to hold. But the way in which he was helping made me feel quite respected and appreciated.

It is common for us as customers to complaint at the slightest hint of bad service. So I would like to take this opportunity to thank Khanya for excellent customer service. Please keep up the great work.
